Free Birds & Night Owls Walking Tour
This two hour public “easy walking” music history tour focuses on the downtown Macon commercial and nightlife district that brought about the birth of Southern Rock in a dynamic city!
This experience is available every Friday, from 7pm to 9pm.
Kegs & Stills Tasting Tour
Who doesn’t love homespun cocktails, being behind the scenes of a distillery and tasting craft beer made right here in the heart of Georgia? Kegs & Stills Tasting Tour is a two and a half hour public “easy walking” tour that focuses on Macon’s three breweries and a distillery: Fall Line Brewing Co., Piedmont Brewery and Kitchen & Ocmulgee Brewpub and Longleaf Distilling Co.
Each tour includes taste sampling some staple brews, seasonal specials of the brewer’s choice and some small bites! This experience is available every Saturday from 3pm to 5:30pm.
Macon Macabre Walking Tour
This hour and a half public “easy walking” ghost, murder and mayhem history tour focuses on the downtown Macon commercial and nightlife district. Uncover Macon's better kept secrets during this occult and ghost tour.
Rock & Soul Riding Tour
Explore Macon's rock & soul music history on this two-hour riding tour through the Downtown Macon and Intown residential districts.

Pick up your Kegs & Stills Trail Passport from the Downtown Visitors Center for a guide to the spirits you’ll find at Longleaf Distillery and then on to sample the staple brews and a featured seasonal selection at Fall Line Brewing Co., Ocmulgee Brewpub and Piedmont Brewery & Kitchen. You’ll also receive a brief history of Macon, Georgia’s soulful origins, where musical legends were made and Southern Rock was born.
