Macon is a hub for sports whether it's cheering on the team at hockey or baseball games or experiencing it yourself by exploring outdoor trails, golfing, tennis, and of course, pickleball!

Pickleball & Tennis

Our state-of-the-art pickleball and tennis courts draw thousands of visitors each year as they aim for a championship title or play for fun. The Tattnall Square Pickleball Courts have 26 courts while the John Drew Tennis Center has 24 state-of-the art courts. And now, Macon has the world's largest indoor pickleball center, boasting 32 courts, known as Rhythm and Rally! Several of our country clubs that offer visitor passes also have great sports options for tennis, golf, and more!

Colleges & Universities

Our College League Sports offer visitors a chance to cheer on our local student-athletes! The Mercer University Bears have a bounty of teams including football, basketball, baseball, volleyball, and more. The Middle Georgia State University Knights can be seen playing soccer and volleyball while the Wesleyan College Wolves host several sports events including horse shows!
