The 567 Center for Renewal
Overview
The 567 Center features diverse monthly exhibits by local artists in historic downtown Macon with free admission. They have an assortment of original art and artisan items is available for purchase, including pottery, jewelry, paintings, prints and sculptures. The center also offers classes so you can try your hand at a fun, creative experience. Art classes include paint and sip, pottery making, glass blowing and more.
They also make a point to bring public art to downtown Macon. Take a stroll downtown every year to see the newest sculptures of the Macon Sculpture Walk on display. Feel free to bring some spray paint and make your own mark on them. Every summer, the Great Art Hunt gives you a chance to see all of them and more on a scavenger hunt for all ages.
