Overview
The 567 Center features diverse monthly exhibits by local artists in historic downtown Macon. An assortment of original art and artisan items is available for purchase, including pottery, jewelry, paintings, prints, and sculptures. Admission to the gallery is FREE. Want to try your hand at making your own art? Our classes will give you a fun, creative experience. No skills are necessary! Art classes include paint and sip, pottery making, glass blowing and more. The 567 Center is also part of bringing public art to downtown Macon. Take a stroll downtown every year to see the newest sculptures of the Macon Sculpture Walk on display. The Graffiti Walls are always changing and evolving--and feel free to bring some spray paint and make your own mark on them. Every summer, the Great Art Hunt gives you a chance to see all of them and more on a scavenger hunt for all ages.
