Whiskey After Dark
Overview
The Local Palate, in partnership with Visit Macon, welcomes the world's top whiskey ambassadors to Macon, Georgia for Whiskey After Dark on Thursday, October 16, 2025. Sample more than one hundred whiskeys, including bourbons and scotches, as well as seltzers and craft beer at the centrally located Fall Line Brewing Co.
The event will host award-winning chefs from around Georgia creating bites to pair with the smoky spirits. Feast on an array of culinary creations each inspired by the flavors of the spirit for an all-inclusive oak and smoke celebration. Participating talent will be announced soon.
Doors open for general admission at 7:00pm. VIP ticket holders are invited to arrive at 6:00pm for early access and specialty cocktails.
