Overview

A 1.5-hour public “easy walking” ghost, murder, & mayhem history tour that focuses on the downtown Macon commercial / nightlife district.

Tour Dates.

September: 12, 19, and 26

October: Fridays and Saturdays — 3 & 4, 10 & 11, 17 & 18, 24 & 25

Final Tour: Thursday, October 31

This walking tour will begin at The Rose Room located at 378 2nd St, Macon, GA. This tour is operated by Visit Macon. If you have further questions on tours, you can call at the number listed or visit our Downtown Visitor Information Center at 450 Martin Luther King Jr. BLVD. Macon , GA.

Guests can enjoy a pre-batched, non-alcoholic Halloween-themed beverage upon arrival at The Rose Room. While the featured beverage will be non-alcoholic, guests are welcome to purchase alternate beverages onsite if they wish. On street parking is available throughout Downtown, but we recommend parking on Mulberry Street for convenience of the meet-up location. The tour will end at Bohemian Den, who will be extending their hours to allow tour guests to browse/shop the store.
