From the cherry blossoms that adorn our streets and hillsides to the vibrant energy of our community, pink is more than just a color in Macon—it’s a celebration. Here we honor the beauty of the cherry blossom and the spirit of togetherness that unites us all under one, uniquely woven tapestry of pink. Whether it’s our signature festival at Carolyn Crayton Park – our parades, parties and all the festivities in between – we’re painting Macon pink this year and every year, making it into a living, breathing work of art. So, join us as we embrace the color of joy, love, and life itself and celebrate Macon, blossoms or not.
The 10-day festival is filled with exciting events like Wiener Dog Races, Parades, Fair Rides and Food, and Daily Hot Air Balloon Rides!
Experience the Cherry Blossom Driving Trail Guided Van Tour!
During the month of March, you can book a spot on the Cherry Blossom Driving Trail hosted by the Downtown Visitor Information Center. Our tour guides will take you through the highest concentration of Yoshino cherry trees. This is a great option for groups and families! The tours are only available March 15-16 and March 18 - 22.
