The Big House Museum
Overview
The Allman Brothers Band Museum at The Big House is one of the most visited tourist destination by Trip Advisor with patrons coming from all around the world annually. The house, now a museum and venue space, was once the place where members of The Allman Brothers Band, their families, friends and roadies lived, worked and played from 1970 to 1973. It was the focal point of gathering in those early years when the magic that is the Allman Brothers Band was just taking shape and radiating from this historic Southern town.
Aside from the museum hosting the most extensive ABB memorabilia and artifacts is the world, you can also host your own event! Rentals include the use of the Charles H. Jones Pavilion, a large open green space, and access to the museum.
