Overview
Located just outside Macon's city limits, Lake Tobesofkee is a year-round recreation area covering nearly 1800 acres with 35 miles of shoreline. Three parks, each with a white sandy beach offer such activities as swimming, fishing, boating, camping, water skiing, sailing and picnicking. Open year-round, 6a.m.-9 p.m., Mon - Sun. Spacious paved camping and RV sites, beach, boat ramps, picnic areas, playground, fishing, enclosed, climate controlled pavilion with beautiful view of the beach and lake available for group functions. Arrowhead Park Located on Columbus Road. Camping and RV sites, beach, boat ramps, playground, picnic areas, fishing. Sandy Beach Park Located on Moseley Dixon Road. Seasonal operation, Sat - Sun 9 a.m.-7 p.m. Beach, picnic area with covered picnic pavilions, playground, softball field, lighted tennis courts, fishing.
