Lake Tobesofkee Recreation Area
Overview
Located just outside Macon's city limits, Lake Tobesofkee is a year-round recreation area covering nearly 1800 acres with 35 miles of shoreline.
There are three parks, each with a white sandy beach offer such activities as swimming, fishing, boating, camping, water skiing, sailing and picnicking. Two of the parks (Claystone & Arrowhead) offer campsites with modern conveniences.
Along with being able to host a variety of water sports like Jet Ski competitions, fishing tournaments and more, Lake Tobesofkee also has a mountain bike track and disc golf! Bring your sports event to one of the three parks that all have RV and camping options and also nearby hotel options.
