For more than 40 years, Historic Macon has been proud to host the Rose Hill Rambles, our biannual educational tours that explore the rich history of Rose Hill Cemetery.
This year, we have exciting news! We’re going to offer even more opportunities to experience the stories and beauty of this historic cemetery. On the second and fourth Saturday of each month, historian and tour guide Kathleen O'Neal will lead captivating walks through Rose Hill for Historic Macon.
These tours promise an insightful journey through Macon's past, highlighting notable figures, architectural marvels and the fascinating tales that lie within Rose Hill's gates. Tickets for Kathleen O'Neal's tours will be $15 per person, and each tour group is limited to 20 participants to ensure a personalized and engaging experience.
