Overview
Join us as we celebrate Georgia's Archaeology Month and wrap up National Tourism Week! Preserving cultural heritage is the theme for National Tourism Week and is a major focus of archaeology. This event is Free and open to the public. Activities include: artifact identification, pottery-making, primitive skills, living history, Georgia Indian Lifeways, Fort Hawkins tour and museum, and educational archaeology displays.
